About Josh Klinck, Attorney

Josh is a native Texan who represents individuals in state and federal courts throughout Texas. Josh’s main practice areas are personal injury, criminal defense, family law, and commercial/business litigation. Klinck Law is dedicated to fighting for individuals who have been wronged by the actions of others.

Prior to founding Klinck Law, Josh practiced law at a boutique firm in Dallas where he gained considerable experience litigating a variety of cases in state and federal courts across Texas. Josh later moved onto a multi-service law firm where he honed his skills in a number of different practice areas including Business and Commercial litigation, family law, probate matters, insurance defense, real estate matters, employment disputes, among others. With experience as both a plaintiff and defense attorney, Josh is familiar with the wide range of tactics that defendants use to gain the upper hand in litigation. Josh uses his knowledge of these tactics to help level the playing field for his clients.

EXPERIENCED – HONEST – DEDICATED

Klinck Law is dedicated to protecting and enforcing the rights of individuals who have suffered personal injuries. The Firm handles business disputes, individual and multi-plaintiff cases involving criminal, family, and personal injury claims.

Unlike some plaintiff’s law firms, Klinck Law is highly selective in the cases it will take on. This selectivity ensures that clients’ cases get the time, attention, and resources necessary to achieve success.
